The Repair Room

The Repair Room™ is a structured, clinician-facilitated eight-week high-conflict co-parenting program designed for parents who are stuck in patterns of conflict that are affecting their ability to parent effectively across two homes. The focus isn’t on fixing the relationship between parents. It’s on changing the patterns that keep pulling children into the conflict.

Parents learn how to recognize and interrupt reactivity, communicate without escalating, establish and maintain boundaries, disengage from unnecessary conflict, and keep their child’s needs at the center of parenting decisions. Each week builds practical skills parents can use immediately, creating the foundation needed to move from ongoing conflict toward safer, more functional parenting across two homes.
