Chelsey Rouse

Chelsey is a graduate clinician currently pursuing her Master of Education in Counselor Education with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. She brings a strong academic foundation to her work, having earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida A&M University.

Chelsey is driven by a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families as they navigate emotional challenges, life transitions, and personal growth. Her approach is grounded in clarity, compassion, and a steady clinical presence, creating space for clients to feel supported while building the skills needed for lasting change.

Originally from Florida, Chelsey brings cultural awareness, empathy, and intentionality into her work, ensuring that care is both responsive and respectful of each client’s lived experience.

She plans to continue advancing her clinical expertise by pursuing a PsyD in Clinical Psychology, with a long-term vision of expanding her impact in the field.

At The Holistic Hive, Chelsey is part of Bee Flight School, where emerging clinicians are trained through immersive, community-rooted practice. Her work reflects a belief that healing is not only possible, but sustainable when it is supported with skill, care, and genuine human connection.
