Steve is a leader, mentor, and holistic health coach whose life’s work has been rooted in service, resilience, and purposeful action. With over 15 years of honorable military service, Steve brings a depth of experience in leadership, crisis response, and strategic decision-making, skills forged under pressure and carried forward with integrity.

Throughout his military career, Steve cultivated not only tactical expertise, but also a deep understanding of human dynamics, team cohesion, and the quiet strength it takes to guide others through uncertainty. His ability to remain grounded in high-stakes situations has become a cornerstone of his work in both professional and community settings.

After transitioning from active duty, Steve continued his path of service as a Family Support Specialist, walking alongside individuals and families navigating complex emotional, relational, and financial challenges. His steady presence, practical insight, and compassionate leadership quickly earned him a reputation as someone who shows up—consistently and wholeheartedly—when others need it most.

Today, as a mentor and certified holistic health coach, Steve brings together the wisdom of lived experience with a commitment to whole-person care. His approach is relational, trauma-informed, and strength-based, helping people uncover their own capacity for growth, healing, and purpose. Whether coaching a young person through life transitions or supporting fellow veterans in their post-service journey, Steve meets each individual with humility, clarity, and respect.
