About the event
Navigating the Storm is a six-week psychoeducational course for parents involved in high-conflict divorce, custody disputes, reunification cases, and other court-involved family matters. Family court is a legal system, not a healing system. This course helps parents understand that distinction and learn how to function effectively within it, without escalating conflict or harming their children. Rather than focusing on blame or litigation strategy, the course provides practical education and skills to support regulation, clarity, and appropriate participation in court-related processes.
For Parents who are:
Actively involved in family court
Experiencing high stress, confusion, or emotional overwhelm
Engaged in or preparing for therapy, reunification therapy, parenting coordination, or evaluation
Seeking to reduce escalation and improve compliance with court processes
