Honeycomb Caregivers' Circle

Service Description

The Honeycomb Caregiver Circle is a weekly, therapist-led support group for parents and caregivers of children navigating big emotions and growing regulation skills. This group offers a steady, supportive space for caregivers to connect, learn, and feel less alone while parenting children with intense emotions, frequent overwhelm, or difficulty regulating. Participants will gain: • A supportive space for open conversation • Practical tools to support emotional regulation • Insight into how emotions and the nervous system shape behavior • Support for caregiver steadiness and confidence • Connection with other caregivers facing similar challenges This group is designed for parents and caregivers of children with big feelings or emotional intensity. A diagnosis is not required.
